An evening of Embodied Presence & Nervous System Recalibration

Join us for a deeply nourishing breathwork journey guided by Alexis Rodriguez Smith, a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed facilitator and founder of EMBODYMIND. This evening is an invitation to soften into your body, reconnect with your breath, and release what no longer serves.

We will begin with grounding pranayama to anchor the nervous system and prepare the body for deeper release. From there, you’ll be guided into a musically driven, two-part somatic breath journey designed to follow the natural rhythym of rising and falling energy. This arc allows the body to open, express, and return to stillness with reverence and care.

This is not a breathwork class about pushing or performance, its about learning how to stay, feel, and reclaim the wisdom of your body.

This intimate experience is held with care, reverance, and intention, perfect for anyone craving grounding, nervous system support, or a deeper connection to self.

Please bring a journal, water and anything that helps you feel cozy. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided.
